Retro Radio

from 35.00

The retro Memorex radio reminded me of a '57 Chevy in its coloration and design. It was on the counter of the old Sutton General Store in Granville, where we had lunch.  After doing a little research I found that it might have been a reproduction, however, I still found the look and overall design fairly nostalgic.  The curves and components reminded me of my childhood when cars had fins and a product having a little heft to it wasn't a bad thing.

Print Sizes
Prints come in the most common sizes to keep it simple and cost effective in framing and displaying them.  Each image is finished and mounted on a 5x7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 20x24 or 24x30 mounting board that may be easily put into a standard frame.  The exact print area is slightly smaller to allow a clean, natural white border/mat area around the image.  Depending upon the precise cropping of the image the print area will vary slightly.

If you would prefer any other sizes, mounting options, finishes, etc., just ask — I’ll work hard to satisfy your requests.

Paper Types
The black and white prints are on Ilford True Black and White (not ink jet) and processed for highest quality and archival use.  It uses a silver-based emulsion and not dye-based, offering the same imaging performance and characteristics as traditional B&W continuous-tone prints. It has a 100-year archival quality for the best stability.

The standard color prints are on Fuji E-Surface Professional Grade photographic paper which is made to give correct color and saturation.  It has a Standard Archival Value of 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage.
